References to SUF Consulting, we, us and our mean the entity that provides the relevant services to you under your own agreement with us.

You may browse the site, read our insights and contact us for lawful business purposes. You agree not to misuse it.

Misuse includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, introducing malware, scraping the site at a volume that affects its performance, and using the site to send spam or misleading messages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site or these terms, unless a signed agreement with us says otherwise.

Mandatory consumer or data protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms, but we may transfer ours to an affiliate or successor.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about use of the website.

You may not copy or scrape our content to build a competing product, train a machine learning model or resell it. You may not frame our pages, mirror the site or present our content as your own.

You may not impersonate SUF Consulting or any of our people, send us material that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes the rights of others, or probe, scan or test the security of the site without our written permission.
